We’re Heading to Saginaw’s Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum!
Dear Parents and Guardians,
All fourth graders will be going on a field trip to Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum in Saginaw on Friday, June 7th. The children will have the opportunity to tour the museum in small groups with chaperones as well as attend a 30-minute, hands-on lesson taught by a museum instructor. I will be out of town that day; Miss Rajewski will be the substitute teacher.
We will be gone from 9:15 AM – 1:30 PM. Your child is welcome to bring a backpack of snacks and drinks to eat on the school bus. Your child is welcome to pack a book or a puzzle book, too. The backpack will be left on the bus while we tour the museum.
Your child will need a sack lunch and a drink, unless one was previously ordered from the school. If possible, please pack your child’s lunch in a disposable paper sack with his/her name written on it. It would be easier if you’d pack nothing that would need to be returned to the school.
Due to limited space on the busses, the field trip is limited to only students and five chaperones per class. These chaperones will ride the bus and will have their admission fees covered: Mr. Coyle, Mrs. Curtis, Mr. MacLachlan, Mr. Reinke, and Mr. Wilson. These chaperones will meet us at the museum: Mr. & Mrs. Swanson.
Thank you!
