Students rotated through stations where they learned about:
- lenses in the eyes (focus the light rays onto the retina)
- ultraviolet vision (seeing colors beyond the spectrum of visible light)
- binocular vision (provides a good perception of depth due to two eyes with overlapping fields of view)
- depth & range
- rods & cones (Rods help us see in low levels of light. Cones use more light and help us see color.)
- eye shine (where light reflects from the inner eye through the pupil and gives off a bright appearance, as in cats)
